I have attached a few pictures of the beach in Maureen's, and my back yard from Aug 16th.
This conclusive proof no SAV grows anywhere in this part of the creek.
The pictures show this part of the creek is void of all vegetation except along the banks.

Delegate David Boschert and
MRA's
Paul Spadaro to discuss restoration of Mill Creek. Topics included overdevelopment
within the critical area, stormwater runoff and erosion, and a comprehensive plan for
mitigating impact of failing septic systems and other non-point sources of pollution.
Delegate Boschert expressed his commitment towards restoring Mill Creek
and the other waterways of the Broadneck Peninsula.

AA Co Bureau of Engineering Status Report
indicating that they have already started coming up with
excuses to DO NOTHING towards developing a restoration plan for removing the sewage and sediment
still sitting in our backyards in Mill Creek!!!
"The regulatory agencies that permit dredging in the waterways will need compelling reasons
to allow such action..." and "we have not collected enough information to develop any conclusions."
and "The most significant observation is that pollutant and bacteria levels in both creeks correspond
very closely to rain events."
